• After receiving the troubled media, experts at Stellar carry out an extensive analysis of the device inside CLASS 100 Clean Room labs and find the reason behind the data loss, determine the impact of the damage on the data, the percentage of data loss, and the best chances of recovery.
• On the basis of the above analysis and evaluation process, a data recovery estimation report is generated and sent to you by email or fax, or communicated over the phone, depending upon the communication means specified by you.

Approval of the Estimation and the Authorization for Data Recovery:

If you approve the estimation report sent to you and authorize the recovery of data from the media, our recovery engineers start the process. In case of physically damaged drives, Stellar performs the entire hard drive data recovery process only inside CLASS 100 Clean Room Lab to ensure safe recovery of maximum possible data.

Quality Authentication of the Recovered Data:

After the recovery of the data, Stellar data recovery experts carry out a quality check on the recovered data in order to verify that the files are completely recovered.
